Nescafe Perfect Harmony Concert

| The Bangkok Symphony Orchestra Foundation under the Patronage of HRH The Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn and Nescafe are delighted to present Nescafe Perfect Harmony Concert entitled "The Golden Memory of Christmas" which will be performed by the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra conducted by a guest American conductor, Shardad Rohani and guest singers, Dolchai Boonyaratavej and Teeranai Na Nongkai (Soprano) along with guest female vocalists, the Thai-Italian sisters: Debbie and Karen Klongtruadroke. In addition, there will be ballet dancers from the Friends of the Arts Foundation and Um as master of ceremony. The performance will be on
Thursday 8 th December 2005 at 8:00 pm .. at The Sofitel Central Plaza Bangkok, Bangkok Convention Centre (BCC)
In this occasion BSO will perform many favorite Christmas carols with classical, jazz and contemporary arrangements. On top of this popular Christmas songs such as White Christmas, Winter Wonderland, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Silver Bells, Sleigh Ride, and We Need a Little Christmas will also be presented. Orchestral excerpts from "Polar Express" and "Nutcracker" will performed by the instrumentalists. |

Shardad Rohani, a well known guest conductor for the classical and pop orchestra music in Thailand, Rohani has conducted the BSO pop concerts for 9 years, during which time he has also contributed to the Thai orchestra music forum his beautiful composition and arrangements. He has conducted and has had his music performed by symphony orchestras both in Europe and the United States, where he appeared as guest conductor with a number of well-known orchestras. Among others are Minnesota Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony, New Jersey Symphony, Slovak Radio Philharmonic, and the American Youth Symphony

Dolchai Boonyaratavej , diverse talents and theatrical flair are widely acclaimed with memorable appearances in concerts such as "The Bangkok Symphony Orchestra’s music events, S&P’s "A Dream of Fairytales" and "Memories in Melodies", Big Band Jazz events with Kamala Sukosol, "Celebrate the Moment" with Nantida Kaewbuasai, "Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". He also represented Thailand , as the artistic director and singer in the Asian Festival of Dance hosted in the Philippines , and "Sawaddee… Thai Night" by Thai Embassy hosted in Japan , and for H.R.H. Princess Chulabhorn’s Charity Concert "From the Till Now", and also the Queen Sirikit’s Medical Center ’s Charity Concerts. Dolchai composed several songs for the Royal Salute to H.M. the King, H.M. the Queen, the Royal family for Chitralada School ’s music album "The Guiding Light", for Miss Thailand Universe 2000, and for the charity musicals, Peter Pan & The Gang and Unicef’s "Voices for Tomorrow". He launched his CD album "Day Off"… Dolchai & Friends to support "Somdetya’s Charity Fund.

Teeranai N a Nongkai (Soprano), Teeranai sang in television soundtracks in many programs , and had recording such as "Lom Nao" (Cold wind) from the album "the Satit Nai Doungai Nirand". Teeranai also performed in many charity concerts and musical plays such as "The Voices for Tomorrow" sponsored by UNICEF and S&P (Public) Co. , Ltd. The play was to raise money for children in poverty. She sang with the Royal Thai Navy Band in many Red Cross Concerts. The concert is performed every year to raise funds for Red Cross Organization of Thailand. More noticeably , she was selected by cultural division , Ministry of Foreign affair as a representative of Thai performers to perform the Thai Culture and Art and the Songs written by the King Rama IX of Thailand in the 50 th anniversary of the declaration of The People’s Republic of China in 1999 and in Morocco in 2000. |

Karen Klongtruadroke, a Thai-Italian 22 year old actress, has been performing since she was very little. At the age of four she won the regional selection of the prestigious Italian children’s songs festival, the Zecchino D’oro. Even though her career focused on modeling and acting, she has been singing porefessionally ever since in various ceremonies, concerts and pop albums. In the year 2004 her solo album, Season of Love, was produced by CBN Siam’s TV program, Kids Only. Karen is now hosting 1 Cubed, a weekly music program aired on UBC’Chic Channel and working on her next solo album to be released next year. |

Debbie Klongtruadroke, a co-host of CBN’s Jak Jai Tueng Jai, aired weekly on ITV, is no stranger to performing. While yet in her teens, Debbie, a veteran model/actress, has appeared in many concert as a member of Bangkok Choral Society and Bangkok Music Society. Following years as a background vocalist and co-writer for several Thai artists, Debbie finally released her eponymous White Lotus Worship album in 2005. In new year, her Italian language debut "Angolo di Coure" will be released in Italy following a first place with at the 2004 "Sabaoth Christian Music Festival" in Milan . |
