อาหารฝรั่งเศสมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเทศก0าลวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศสอีกครั้ง เพื่อ ร่วมเป็นเกียรติให้กับเทศกาลนี้ที่มีขึ้น นับเป็นครั้งที่สามแล้ว สถานเอกอัคร ราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย และสมาคมฝรั่งเศสกรุงเทพโดยความร่วม มือของสมาคม (Ambassadeurs du bon goût français) ที่เป็นหัวเรี่ยวหัว แรงรวบรวมเหล่าพ่อครัวฝรั่งเศสมืออาชีพทั้งหลาย มาช่วยกันทำอาหารรสเด็ด ให้กับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบในอาหารฝรั่งเศสทุกท่าน ซึ่งจะหาชิมได้ตามร้านอาหาร ฝรั่งเศสในกรุงเทพนับสิบแห่งที่เข้าร่วมเทศกาล

ในปีนี้หัวข้อการทำอาหารมีชื่อว่า( Le mariage des saveurs ) เป็นการพบกัน อย่างลงตัวของศาสตร์ และศิลป์การอาหารฝรั่งเศส และไทย และตลอดช่วง เทศกาลนี้เชฟฝรั่งเศสยังจะเสนอคอร์ส ( fusion ) ที่เป็นการผสมผสานกัน ระหว่างอาหารทั้งสองชาติ โดยการปรุงอาหารฝรั่งเศสแบบดั้งเดิม โดยใช้ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของไทย และด้วยความที่ทั้งสองชาติต่างมีเอกลักษณ์ชัดเจนเป็น ของตัวเอง เทศกาลอาหารฝรั่งเศสในปีนี้ จึงนำอาความโดดเด่นของอาหารทั้ง สองเชื้อชาติมารวมไว้ด้วยกัน เป็นครั้งแรกที่อาหารฝรั่งเศสจะได้รับการปรุง แต่งขึ้น โดยมีความเป็นไทยเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้อง โดยจะยังรักษาความดั้งเดิมของ ความเป็นฝรั่งเศสเอาไว้ อย่างไม่ขาดตกบกพร่อง

อาหารแนะนำจากร้าน Lyon French Cuisine restaurant และเช่นเดียวกัน เทศกาลอาหารฝรั่งเศสครั้งนี้ ก็มีเชฟฝรั่งเศสที่จะเดินทางมาที่ประเทศไทย เพื่อทำอาหารเลิศรสให้เหล่านักชิมเมืองไทย ได้ลิ้มรสฟรีตลอดช่วงงาน เทศกาล

French gastronomy will once again be celebrated during the third edition of ‘La Fête’! In partnership with the association ‘Les Ambassadeurs du Bon Goût Français’, the French Embassy and the Alliance Française will give all food lovers the opportunity to discover and appreciate the creativity of French Cuisine in approximately ten restaurants around the capital.

This year, the theme will be ‘The meeting of Flavours’ between French and Thai gastronomy. During the festival French Chefs will offer fusion courses merging French traditional cuisine and Thai products.

France and Thailand are both two countries with a marked culinary tradition. ‘The French Taste Festival’ will be the opportunity to discover new dishes allying French ‘savoir- faire’ using the richness of Thai products and the creativity of Thai cuisine.

A dish proposed by Lyon French Cuisine restaurant Don’t miss the occasion to eat new culinary creations from the best French chefs based in Bangkok at each participating restaurant, while enjoying the freshness of Thai local specialities and the refinement of French cuisine.

Some French food producers will also be coming to Thailand to promote French products with free food-tasting at the restaurants all during the festival.
