จากความสำเร็จอย่างล้นหลามในทุกครั้งที่ผ่านมา สำหรับปีนี้สมาคมฝรั่งเศส กรุงเทพร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย ขอเสนองาน เทศกาลดนตรี ( Fête de la musique ) ขึ้นอีกครั้งเพื่อเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่ สำคัญในงานเทศกาลวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศส ( La Fête 2006 )
มหกรรมดนตรีกลางแจ้ง ( Fête de la musique )จะเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองครบ รอบ ๒๕ ปีของมหกรรมดนตรีที่โด่งดังของประเทศ ฝรั่งเศส ซึ่งปัจจุบันนี้กว่า ๑๐๐ ประเทศทั่วโลกก็ได้เข้าร่วมจัดงานนี้อย่างยิ่งใหญ่สืบต่อมา ในส่วนของ ทศกาลดนตรีในปีนี้ โปรแกรมการแสดงอันหลากหลายจะจัดขึ้น ณ แหล่ง วัฒนธรรมสำคัญของกรุงเทพ โดยตั้งแต่ยามบ่าย เราจะเปลี่ยนถนนพระอาทิตย์ ให้เป็นลานคอนเสิร์ตเพื่อรวมพลผู้ที่รักดนตรีทุกท่าน และอีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นของ งานนี้ ที่เรายังคงรักษาไว้เรื่อยมา ก็คือการแสดงที่เปิดกว้าง สำหรับต้อนรับนัก ร้องนักดนตรีทุกท่าน ทั้งวงดนตรีที่มีชื่อเสียงหรือวงเยาวชนมือสมัครเล่น
เทศกาลดนตรีในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์หลักที่จะ จัดแสดงดนตรีหลากหลาย ประเภทภายใต้บรรยากาศที่สนุกสนานเป็นกันเอง โดยที่จะมีทั้งดนตรีร็อค
ฮิบฮอบ บูลส์ ซึ่งจะทำให้ท่านสนุกสนานอย่างเต็มอิ่มแน่นอน โดยจะมีศิลปิน ชื่อดังหนึ่งวงจากประเทศฝรั่งเศส และอีกหลายวงดนตรีไทยยอดนิยม วงดนตรี รุ่นใหม่ไฟแรงเข้าร่วมให้ผู้ที่รักเสียงเพลงทุกท่านร่วมชมได้ฟรี Nouvelle Vague ศิลปินคลื่นลูกใหม่จากฝรั่งเศส สำหรับวงดนตรีที่ให้เกียรติรับเชิญมา ร่วมงานครั้งนี้คือวง Nouvelle vague ที่นำเพลงยุค 70 ที่เคยได้รับความ นิยมกลับมาทำใหม่อีกครั้ง เช่น เพลงอังกฤษที่คุ้นหูผู้ฟังอย่างเพลง I Melt WithYou โดยนำมาเล่นใหมในสไตล์ที่เขาถนัด วงนี้ประกอบด้วยนักร้องและ นักดนตรีทั้งหมด ๘ คน

After to the success of past Music Days, the Alliance Française of Bangkok and the French Embassy are delighted to announce a new edition of the ( Fête de la musique ) to take place during La Fête 2006 2006.
2006 marks the 25 th anniversary of Frances National Music Day
( Fête de la musique ), a day of music celebration organized every year in France throughout the entire country. Since then, many other countries have followed in Frances footsteps and Music Day has expanded to include celebrations in over 100 countries.
As in previous years, a mass gathering will take place on Phra Athit Road, transformed for an entire afternoon and evening into a huge open air concert with admission free. ( Fête de la musique )is above all a free event for everyone to participate, from famous bands to budding musicians.
This Music Day will include the expression of all musical styles in a fun and cheerful atmosphere. There will be rock, hip-hop, blues, etc
a very long program with something for everyone.
Famous French ( 1) and Thai ( 2 or 3) bands are scheduled to perform for the local audience.Nouvelle Vague, a band in vogue
From France, ( Fête de la musique ) welcomes Nouvelle vague, a band which defibrillates British New Wave songs (Modern Englishs I Melt With You for example), by re-inventing them as Brazilian Bassa-nova tunes sung in rotation by a group of female singers. Nouvelle Vague is composed of 8 people.
